1. How does the custom canvas process work?

Simply upload your photo, choose your preferred size, and preview your design. Once you place your order, we begin producing your custom canvas right away.

2. What type of photos work best for canvas printing?

High-resolution images with good lighting produce the best results. Clear photos taken with modern smartphones or cameras are ideal. Low-quality, blurry, or heavily cropped images may affect the final print.

3. Can I see a preview before ordering?

Yes. Our customization tool allows you to preview your design before checkout, so you can confirm exactly how your canvas will look.

4. Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

Because each canvas is custom-made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect due to a production or shipping error.

5. What if my canvas arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue. We will review your case and send a replacement at no additional cost.

6. How long does shipping take?

Each canvas is made to order. Production typically begins shortly after your photo is uploaded. Delivery times vary depending on location, but most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

7. Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, no. Once an order is placed, it immediately enters production and cannot be modified or cancelled.
