Shipping policy

At Canvro, each canvas is custom-made specifically for you. Because every order is produced on demand, shipping times include both production and delivery timeframes. We begin processing your order as soon as it is placed, and production typically takes place shortly after your image has been successfully uploaded and reviewed by our system.

Orders are shipped exclusively within the United States. Shipping is included in the product price unless otherwise stated at checkout. Once your order is completed and ready to ship, it will be handed over to our shipping partners, who will deliver it to the address you provided at checkout. The estimated delivery timeframe may vary depending on the carrier, the destination, and periods of high order volume. Although the majority of orders arrive within the expected window, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not able to make changes to an address once the order enters production. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the carrier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the item cannot be returned to us, resold, or refunded, because each product is printed uniquely for your order. In such cases, a new order would need to be placed.

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow some time for the tracking link to update. If your package shows as delivered but you are unable to locate it, please check with your household members, neighbors, building management, or your local carrier office. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.

If your order arrives damaged during transit, or if you receive an incorrect or defective item due to a production or shipping error, please contact us within seven days of delivery at peter@gssone.com and provide your order number along with clear photographs of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
