Refund policy

At Canvro, each canvas is custom-made specifically for you using the photo and details you provide at checkout. Because your order is created on demand and cannot be restocked or resold, all sales are final once an order has been placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and, if the problem is the result of a manufacturing or shipping error, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds or replacements for issues caused by the photo provided by the customer. This includes low-resolution images, blurry or pixelated photos, incorrect cropping, poor lighting, or any image quality limitations within the original file. The final print will reflect the quality of the photo you upload, so we strongly recommend using a clear, high-resolution image that meets our guidelines.
