By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that low-resolution images, blurry or pixelated files, incorrect cropping, dark or poorly lit photos, and other image limitations will affect the final print. We are not responsible for the results of files that do not meet recommended quality guidelines, and we cannot offer refunds, replacements, or adjustments when the issue originates from the customer’s original file.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
All sales are final. Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances once an order has been placed. Each canvas is produced on demand, created uniquely using the image you upload, and cannot be restocked or resold. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production or shipping error, you must notify us within seven days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue. Once verified, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds or replacements for issues caused by the customer's uploaded file, including low-quality images, incorrect cropping, or dissatisfaction arising from the original photo.
