All Canvro canvases are custom-made and typically ship within 3–5 business days, with most deliveries arriving in 5–10 business days depending on your location and carrier speed. Because each canvas is personalized using your uploaded photo, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or refunds. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Keep your canvas away from direct sunlight, excessive humidity, or heat sources to prevent fading or warping. When handling, always lift the canvas from both sides to avoid pressure on the surface. With proper care, your custom print will maintain its beauty and detail for a long time.
